Delivery and payment

EPDirect is the ElectroPiese iauSiRepar online shop dedicated to parts brought in to order from European suppliers. We don't hold our own stock for this site: every part is ordered specially for you, after the order is confirmed.
How long delivery takes
- Products available from the supplier: 6–7 working days from order confirmation.
- Pre-order products: 6–7 working days from the date the part becomes available from the supplier (the date is shown on the product page).
The estimated delivery date is shown on every product and in the basket. In exceptional cases it may vary (public holidays, weather conditions, transport delays); we'll let you know straight away if this happens.
Delivery cost
Home delivery within Romania costs €4.30 per order.
Order confirmation
After you place your order, a colleague will call you to confirm it. Together we check the appliance model and the part code, so we're sure you get exactly the part you need. The order goes into processing only after this confirmation.
Payment methods
- Online bank card (coming soon) – secure payment; your card details never reach us.
- Payment order (bank transfer) – you receive the payment details by email after the order is confirmed.
- Cash on delivery – you pay the courier when you receive the parcel, where available.
