Where do I find the appliance model?
- Washing machines and tumble dryers: on the inside of the door (around the porthole) or on the back of the appliance.
- Dishwashers: on the edge of the door, when the door is open.
- Fridges and freezers: inside, on the side wall, next to the vegetable drawers.
- Ovens and cookers: on the oven frame, visible when the door is open, or on the back.
- Cooker hoods: inside, after you remove the grease filters.
The label usually contains the model (e.g. “Mod.” / “Type”) and a product code (e.g. “E-Nr.”, “PNC”, “Service code”). You can search by any of them.
